BEFORE YOUR FIRST SESSION

Your success and safety are very important

All new clients are invited to complete an assessment before their first class or full private session.  In the assessment we will review some fundamental Pilates exercises, gather information about your body, health history and fitness goals.  Before you make a commitment to Pilates training It is also important to know if we are a good fit for each other.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO PILATES?

"In 10 sessions you will feel the difference. In 20 sessions you will see the difference. And in 30 sessions you will have a whole new body." - Founder, Joseph Pilates

This is a common question and the answer depends on your goals and desired results. One or two sessions per week will help relieve stress and minor pain and help improve sports performance.  If you're looking to get back into shape, lose weight, or need to truly re-balance your body, practicing Pilates 2-3 times a week will help you get results.
