I have been a student of Lisa’s for the past 5 years. Having practiced Pilates for over 15 years, with many different instructors, I can honestly say she is far and away my favorite. At 63 years old, I want to continue to push myself to be fit, but can’t always do the exercises quite as well as when I started. That said, Lisa’s patience and calm demeanor is such a welcome teaching style. Lisa has the skills to support and continue to challenge me, without pushing me to injury. When COVID hit last year, I continued classes with Lisa virtually, twice a week. My husband Chris, who has never been bitten by the Pilates bug, jumped in with Lisa and I and and he’s hooked! It takes a high degree of skill to teach a beginner alongside a seasoned student and meet both people’s needs. Lisa has that gift. Her classes have been a game-changer in helping us manage our arthritis. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

From the perspective of someone seeking to heal from a severe injury to the spine, I am profoundly grateful to Lisa for introducing me to Pilates. Lisa has knowledge, skill, focus and empathy - the combination of which has been the real key to my recovery. Thank you Lisa!

I have taken Pilates with Lisa for the last 5Â years and it has been a game changer for me. I am a very active 58 year old woman and prior to classes with Lisa, I experienced daily muscle aches and pains. I began taking private lessons in order to get up to speed with her classes and then joined her group lessons. Her classes are with a small group and there is always some individual instruction as well. She keeps her classes very engaging as she changes up the workouts so it never gets boring. When Covid restricted in person classes, and a crazy as it sounds, I bought a reformer so I could continue doing Zoom lessons with Lisa. My somewhat precovid Pilates skeptical husband is now also an ardent and avid student of Lisa's. Lisa's expertise and her sweet disposition are top notch. For sure a 5 star review!!!
